Equality Care is an established provider of support for people of determination, nursing and aged care, delivering structured and reliable services for people with a wide range of needs. Our experience covers high-intensity daily personal activities, complex physical health requirements, psychosocial and behavioural support needs, multiple or complex conditions, and complex communication needs.
We began by supporting families in Australia and are now bringing the same standards of clinical oversight, transparent communication and consistent staffing to families across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Equality Care grew out of our Australian care business, founded in 2018 in Sydney, Australia and built on more than 20 years of combined leadership experience in complex care, nursing and aged care.
